In today’s shopping market, we believe honesty is the best policy. This is why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or deal with returned products.
We aim to offer a First-Class delivery service to all our customers and aim to be competitive on both our product prices and shipping costs.
All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days, (excluding weekends and bank holidays), after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please note we currently only ship to the UK Mainland and utilise the following couriers so we can offer you the best price to receive your goodies:
DPD and Evri. (We do not use Royal Mail)
Orders up to £44.99 will incur a £4.95 P&P flat fee. (Unless you select one of our products that has Free Shipping!)
Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping in any case. Ooh, you lucky people!

Refunds, returns & exchanges
At Lord and Lady Mutt we only want you and your VIP to have the very best of shopping experiences but we appreciate that occasionally 'life happens'. When it does we will try and make things right.
If you change your mind, we accept returns up to 7 days afer delivery, but only if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. If so, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our 'Contact Us' page with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
We address these on a case by case basis but will try our very best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
